I think he used snot. I’m guessing he used L plates (2x2 with missing corner).

(...) No, Derek's right... I used glue and Megabloks. Cause, well, Megabloks are cool, and so is gluing them. And anyone who says differently is just crazy. Really though, you got it. I used L plates that connect to a 1x2 technic brick with two (...) (19 years ago, 10-Jan-05, to lugnet.starwars, FTX)
