The WED Treadwell model is characterized by a flat, treaded base providing a
low center of gravity with a spindly neck, cluster of manipulator arms and
goggle-like photoreceptors mounted atop a telescoping neck.
Power (Gonk) droids provide energy to other droids, machinery, vehicles and
starships. The boxy robot is essentially a walking battery, moving about on two
thick, accordion-like legs.
