I agree. The horns did look a little small and too straight. So, I changed
them just now (new pictures). I have a feeling that I’m going to be making a
lot of little changes here and there to this model.

I especially love the guts. :) The way the minifig sits in the saddle (sticking his legs straight into the back) reminds me of the old dewback model for the action figures when I was a kid.
