I walked in the backroom today at work and what do I find? About 10 cases of x-wings, some y-wings and a case of snowspeeders. However my boss refuses to put them on the floor because "all Star Wars toys including Lego ones are not to go on sale till the 3rd". I tried to explain to her that the "classic" ones can go out and that you can tell the cases apart easily because all the new ep1 stuff has upc's that end in 1 and all the "old" stuff ends in 0 or 8 but she still won't listen. If this is going on at most stores it could be the reason the SW are hard to find. I guess I'll just have to wait one more week to buy the x-wing, but it really ruins my budget for the ep1 Lego. (...) Same deal at my store, man. Word is our head-office (there's 8 stores that get stock from them) is sitting on a bunch of SWL for similar reasons.
