Picts of 7131 Anakin's Pod Racer —James Mathis
Sorry if this is old news. Went to a Wal-Mart. Found some E1 sets. Didn't see big Pod Race set or Naboo (sp?) fighter. Is this image out there, yet, of the 7131 Anakin's Pod Racer? Front and back of box at: (URL) Mathis (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Thanks for the pictures. (And no, I haven't seen it any where else :) )I went back and looked at the picture of the Mos Espa Podrace, and it looks like it also has Anakin's pod. I was hoping there would not be any duplicates; oh well. - Joel (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

That's a cool set. But god damnit why must I live here in the 'Tarheel State' where everything is banking and sports. What about Legos? Huh? (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Picts of 7131 Anakin's Pod Racer —Tim Thomsen
WOW!! This set totally makes up for the Sith Infiltrator!! I'm not sure if I'm getting it if I'm getting the Big Pod Race set. It that the Queen? Like the pit droid! Love the Steering Flaps!           Re: Picts of 7131 Anakin's Pod Racer —Jonas Marcho
Yeah, I guess that might be Queen (I am short on the spelling but I belive it is Amadela, but I may be wrong). But what about Anakin's Pod? Isn't it groovy? Hey, why can't I find these thing in Charlotte, NC? The manager at TRU said they wouldn't be (...) (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) Ditto! (...) I will! They all have cool peices!! (...) No, I think its Shmi Skywalker, Anakin's mother. (...) Ditto! Cool, more brown peices! ;) (...) Aren't they Freestyle wheel hubs? (...) So? More of the cool female hair! :) Jeff (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Picts of 7131 Anakin's Pod Racer —James Mathis
(...) The instruction manual names the minifigure characters in the 7131 set. "Shmi Skywalker" is not printed below the picture of the female minifigure. I don't have the instructions before me right now. I almost scanned them for this reason, but (...) (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Picts of 7131 Anakin's Pod Racer —Jaco van der Molen
Is this a separate set? So you can get only Annakins's Pod or the 3 Pods in the Mos Espa set? (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Picts of 7131 Anakin's Pod Racer —James Mathis
(...) 7131 is named "Anakin's Podracer" for USA market. Sells for $14.97 at Wal-Mart. Availability is questionable at this time. I may have just been lucky. later, James Mathis (26 years ago, 19-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)
