I stayed up 'till 1 am last night finishing a really cool alternate model using pieces from the X-wing set. It's a B-wing, complete with extending foils and 360 degree rotating cockpit (at my son's insistance). When more of the Star Wars parts are (...) (25 years ago, 10-Apr-99, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) I guess that proves that the SW sets have a much better part selection than most recent sets! I'd like to see this, too.
