(...) Actually, a Technic fig is a teeny bit too small as well. When I was at Wayne Hussey's house a couple weeks ago, he had put a Dr. Cyborg (or whatever his name is) in his UCS TIE, and there was plenty of room left over. ~M (24 years ago, 5-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars)

The cockpit of the UCS Tie Interceptor seems to be designed with good access to enable you to insert a pilot, but what would be a suitable pilot in terms of size. A mini-fig would be too small and a Technics fig would be too large. What's in (...) (24 years ago, 5-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars)

According to the Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels, the front compartment with the pilot and bomber is supposed to be ejected from the main hull in the event of a critical hit. So I used that idea when I built it. Adam (...) (24 years ago, 4-Oct-00, to lugnet.starwars)
