In lugnet.space, Jon Palmer writes: ... (...) Hi Jon! Very cool model! This is really crowded with detail! I like the outer "junkyard" optics, and how you stuffed all the things inside, and still have room to "walk around". I wish Lego's Millenium (...)   Re: Technics Scale STAP.

(...) Wow, that's pretty sweet... Cool model. I think I agree with you there, it needs to be a bit taller. Battle Droids only crouch slightly on a STAP, they usually look like they're standing up. I'd say increase the height by about 3 maybe 4 (...) (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.starwars)

  Technics Scale STAP.

Hey all, Just added some pics of my newest creation. (URL) not exactly color-coordinated right, but brown is hard to come by. Also, after looking at it, I think I'm gonna add a brick or to to the height, under the engines. -Kleric (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.technic, lugnet.starwars)

(...) I dunno, I haven't been in a comic shop in several years... at least, not to shop. It's been quite awhile since I've read any comics. After my experiences with the POTF figs I decided to avoid the places like the plague... (hmmm... that's not (...) (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)

(...) LOL... if only Lego would really do something like that... of course I doubt Lucasfilm would allow it. It's too bad Jar-Jar never met up with an AT-AT... I'd love to see him squashed under foot... >:) -Bryan hobartrus@hotmail.com (URL) (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Where are the 2001 SW sets?

(...) I learned with POTF figures not to ever go to comic shops (btw, anyone want to buy some? :) ) Is the Star Wars Lego stuff showing up in comic shops now, too? (I haven't been to that particular sort of hive of scum and villainy in years; I (...) (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)

Re: Where are the 2001 SW sets?

(...) With any luck, these might show up in ASDA/Walmarts over here in the UK. If only that was Portsmouth, oH. Jason. P.S. I meant oH = old Hampshire (i.e. Portsmouth, Hampshire, England). Not Ohio or wherever. (24 years ago, 23-Jan-01, to lugnet.starwars)
