TO: Fleet Command
From: Special Ops
Subj: TCAF-114 "Crusader" (http://confed.8m.com/crusader.htm)
Mesg: Greetings Admirals. Due to the recent Fall of Earth, the Confederation
needs a new fighter to replace the thinned Su-47 "Hammerhead" lines. The
TCAF-114 is the replacment for it. Armed with more weapons then some of
UEA's heavy fighters, the Crusader is also crewed by a two man team. A Pilot
and a Navigator. This allows the pilot to focus on flying and killing,
instead of the other more menial tasks of engine control, navigation, and
weapon targeting. The Crusader also allows Ground troops to now call in air
support from space based platforms. The Crusader is the first fighter to
facilitate planetary atmosphere manuvers.

Okay, the Crusader is Special Ops latest fighter. The division of Special
Ops in Confed is held up by Jamal Coleman, and is responsible for the more
under-the-table ships, and is also responsible for the backstory to the
Confederation. He is a skilled writer and you should give him credit because
I belive he does browse LUGNET but doesn't have time time (or patience now)
to post.
