(...) Replying to myself here..., I just found the auction. Turns out it hasn't ended yet: (URL) US$200 for an instruction booklet, and hasn't even hit the reserve yet. Either this thing is printed on platinum, or they only ever made like 10 of (...) (24 years ago, 20-Feb-01, to lugnet.space)
