Some guy legally claimed territory on the Mars and other planets and moons
twenty years ago. It was legal by the Outer Space Treaty and never disputed
by any national governments within the required 6-year period. Now he sells
property and title deeds for a low price. A piece of Mars could make a nice
Christmas gift for someone. :)
