Another day brings another entry.  Today I present the Astro Stalker:
  http://www.hafhead.com/lego/myspace/uglywalk/index.html

I'm not sure which category to put this one in, so I'm asking for help.
Opinions, please!  Which of these categories does it belong in?

    6. Walker Vehicles (any size, 1000 pieces or fewer)

                    - or -

    11. The Ugliest, Wackiest Thing in Space

It fits the bill fairly well for either category.  I'm picturing it as a
small polybag set.

I actually did "laugh out loud" when I saw this. Its really kinda cute. To answer your question: I suppose it could go in any one of those categories but personally it would be neat as a ground based poly bag set. Tell ya what, if you enter it in (...) ROFL That's a great model! Seriously! Although I'm laughing, it looks really cool, fun to drive, and it's THE way to get over that sandy lunar surface! Great work! --Toobias (...) (24 years ago, 17-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

(...) That's a great model, love it! I think the use of the steering wheel for something other than a steering wheel is pretty inventive. I've seen that done before, but I can't remember if it was in a set, an alternate, or an idea book. (I remember (...) (24 years ago, 18-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

(...) Well it really could fit any of those categories. Maybe they should create a category for entries that cannot be decided on. Really, that has to be the wackiest model ever designed (catagorie 11!!!). And I thought I had built the strangest (...) (24 years ago, 23-Nov-00, to lugnet.build.contests, lugnet.space)

It seems like it would be appropriate to start a separate thread specifically for holding actual entries. With that, here are my first 3 entries: Category 3: Medium Ships (approx. 100-200 pieces): (URL) 4: Large Ships (approx. 300-1000 pieces): (...)
