As always, stunning work--that *whole* thing is a tug?!?
Or a freighter? I'm a little confused.
I can see where the UCS X-Wing parts have gone, and plenty of
pieces from the Giant Robot set. Grey and yellow don't usually
work together--makes things look like Vogon rejects--but in this
case you've resisted the temptation to turn it into a yellow-
jacket from Space. Only one thing mars the ship (here it comes)
and that's the UFO decals...ugh. If I buy you a can of Brasso,
will you put it to use? ;)
One other thought is that the engine cluster (the three cylinders)
are a bit too uniform; might it help if they're varied, somehow
made more asymmetrical? It would complement the general asymmetry
of that after section very well, IMHO--you've pulled off the half-
disc look perfectly, UFO decals notwithstanding.
in splendid admiration,

| The ship is far from done, but you can see the general shape as wee as where the cargo and crane(s) will go. The pictures are of poor quality due to the camera I was using. It is a IXLA 640 that came free with my dsl line. (URL) J www.PLSCP.com (24 years ago, 25-Oct-00, to lugnet.space)
