Well folks, it’s finally here! The second all-Australian public LEGO fan expo,
Brickvention 2008!
To be held in Melbourne, Australia, on January 26-27 2008, Brickvention is
still in the planning stages, but we are currently working on:
* Presentations (LDraw, building tips, information),
* MOC displays,
* Train/town layouts,
* Space display including Moonbase,
* Brikwars,
* Trade tables,
and more!
Pre-registration will be available soon, and will include full entry to both
days, and a unique registration pack (exact contents not yet finalised). You
will need to register if you want to display any MOCs, participate in
presentations, or operate a trade table (which will incur a small extra fee as
well). Registration will also be available at the door, but will not include the
registration pack, sorry.
The event will also be open to the public on Sunday
the 27th, so anyone who doesn’t want to attend the whole weekend can just come
during the public opening.

few weeks, but for now, visit
