During the spring galactic season, strange beasties swarm like mad. Approximately every 200 million years or so, when a given starsystem enters the galaxy’s spring quadrant, these vermin become a big, gooey hazard to interstellar travel. As windscreens are covered in crusty, crunched critters, the long, long, oh-so-long transition into summer, then autumn quadrant is looked on with much anticipation...
