The two-man Cupid team visits the moon once a year on that special day in
February. The Cupidster to the left is armed with a hand-held “Passionate
Paradise” Laser of Love, which smites people with a sickly-sweet love
drunkenness. And the Cupidman to the right has a sidearm known as the “Blow Me
Away” Cupid’s Cannon, which sends people into mad, head-over-heels love with
their nearest companion.
Here’s an image of one of these powerful loveguns in action. With a single shot,
seven people are caught in the throws of babbling lunacy due to extreme
amorousness. Yet they keep returning for more! Proving once again that love is
madness, pure unadulterated (or is that adulterated?) insanity. :o)
My daughter helped build one of the Valentine’s scooters.
