I like this a lot. I think it could easily be twaeked for a city or town setting as well. Years ago, I think in 1998 or 1999, my first MOC after coming out of my dark ages was a street sweeper:

It has been on my list of MOC’s to revisit now that I have more experience building. I think I just might move it up on the priority list after seeing this.
