Way back in 1979, I was worried about the possible replacement of the Legoland
town stuff that I loved with the newcomer, Legoland Space.
Sure it was nice to get lots of grey, but, at the time, I was convinced there
were too many specialised parts. The helmets were good, but how many people in a
town get around in them?
So I set about modding a helmet into something more useful for my town set up.
This is what I came up with:
Note that I no longer condone such mutilation. It was a folly of youth. However,
I still find it a useful hairpiece, and it is always a good conversation pont.
This sort of hair is quite good for combining with goggles or visors.
