An exciting discovery of the source for the elusive 1593 'Super Model' set.
Steve Douglass found a picture of the original Persil (UK) promo advertisement.
He'd heard someone speculate about the Persil connection, so he wrote the
company and asked. The result was this picture (warning, very big photo)

As you can see, 10 quid and the ship is yours, with enough remnant to pay for
the trip back 23 years.
My thanks to Steve for finding this, and to Persil for sharing the photo. Now we
gotta find the promos that sold that set in the other 'known' countries!
