Pre-NWBC, I didn’t give microscale building a second thought whenever I saw a
little moc on the recent pages of Brickshelf. Then I tagged along with a few
other AFOLs to Ashley Glennon’s Micro seminar at NWBC a couple weeks ago, and
now I’m high on the concept. Here’s my first micro custom, a tiny rendition of
my recent Shi Hovercraft:

I’m slowly learning my way through the new Digital Designer thing, so there’s
bound to be more lil micros coming from my neck of the woods soon. I’m toying
with the idea of recreating the NWBC Battlefield in microscale, just for kicks.
Not sure I’ll be able to do it with the pieces currently available in the
program, but a real-life mockup would be rad.
