Note the ornate tail. Leading xenobiologists believe that this ornate tail has evolved as a decoy, in much the same way that many terrestrial reptiles have ‘head-like’ tails.

Monkeenoids are not difficult to build, and consist of fairly common parts (particularly monkeys). Here’s some more pics:
