Field Marshal Kozhevnikov ceremoniously presented the Sword of Lenin to
newly promoted Lieutenant General Hallman today. Present at the ceremony was
Jr.Marshal Hoffman as well as numerous other high ranking members of the
Cosmos Directorate.
Lt.Gen Hallman is expected to help bulster the Eastern Block’s forces after
the strategic upset caused by the release of the PCS Vanguard. The Eastern
Block had expected the infamous Kalashnikov Project would establish Communist
dominance through out the solar system. Lt.Gen. Hallman brings extensive
knowledge of starship design.
Lt.Gen. Hallman celebrated with fellow Eastern Block Soldiers after the
ceremony was complete.
(he had to give back the Sword of Lenin after the ceremony)
