Introducing the BASIC Suit - Battle Armor, Standard Infantry Combat Suit.
http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=49510
It's a modular design with the ability to mount additional armor, repair/energy
packs, rocket packs, ammo-packs, as well as also being able to hold a wide range
of weapons and tools. The versions shown are the Standard, the Mechanic, the
Medic, the Heavy, and the Aerial. The Standard versions is only just larger than
a minifig (I believe it is barely larger than Mladen's most excellent little
Pixie, but I myself have never built one, so I don't know.) I got the
inspriation for the shoulder joints (which led to building the whole suit) from
Jorge Casto's thing (I'm not sure what it is) here:

I am going to "acquire" a digital camera from work so that I can post pictures
of the real things (I've made quite a few). I hope to get more pics up by the
end of the week. I'd like some feedback, as I have really been trying to make a
smaller and smaller battle armor suit for some time.
