Pre-Classic Borg Cardboardcube
The Pre-Classic Borg cardboardcube, precursor to the infamous Borg Cube. Made
of a cardboard alloy hull, and largely ABS superstructure, the PCB Cube did not
fare well in combat, and was quickly replaced by superior assimilated
technologies. Lost in the annals of naval architecture, the PCB Cube was unique
in its deployment of a largely polymer-based propulsion and weapon system.
Space trials showed them to be inferior in energy usage during high-G maneuvers
to conventional....
