Technical information on the first wave of elite service mechanoids is now

These datafiles are, at the moment, mainly focused on older models (2750
onwards), with only Bishop and Judd 60 constructed recently (2760). The backlog
of old data is now cleared, and there will be additional datafiles featuring
more advanced machines in due course.
