According to the good people at Peeron, it came only in this set:


    6575 Polar Base
435 elements, 6 figures, US$60, 2000
LEGO > SYSTEM > Town > Arctic

So if you don’t have one of those, you’re SOL I’m afraid.

If that’s the case, then I have a bona-fide fleebnork running thru my collection at home right now! Eeep!!!

A dangerous creature threatening all my mini-figs! I hope all those Space Police I dudes I have kicking around can protect the rest of my mini-fig civilization!
