Well, you could do it like in Apollo space capsules... Just put a Technic 1x2
brick in the wall, add one of those pins with a stud on one end and a Technic
pin on the other, then attach a bendy hose to it. (I'm not very proficient in
the official terms yet.) Have your minifigs pee into the other end of the
tube.
Seriously, though, I think a round 2x2 brick, a round 2x2 tile, a 1x2 plate
with one stud, a round 1x1 brick (you know what I mean), a 1x2 brick, and a
1x2 tile--all white--should do the trick.
