Hey,

Holger Matthes has collected pictures of the different 1592 variations in this
gallery (as far as I know this is complete, except for one Asterix and Obelix
version that went up on Brickshelf within the past couple of days):

If you look through that you can see that people have done Classic Space and
Ice Planet variations, and other sci-fi variations include Aquazone, the "year
3000" version, a "battletech" version, and my Star Wars Mos Eisley verson.  Of
course there is infinite room for variation within these themes, or any of the
other space themes are open for interpretation.
