I’ve recently been forced to take my LEGO out of a 7-year closet retirement.
(My wife threatened to put them in a garage sale).  Anyway, after dragging out
2 large boxes with 30+ boxed sets and 6000+ bricks in a container, there seems
to be only one piece that is eluding me to it’s origin.  What I have is a
1X6X5 with a printed picture of a minifig looking up at a staged rocket
pointed toward a moon.  I know where the 1X6X5 Satellite repairman came from,
but this one is driving me nuts!    Please help.

P.S.  After collecting LEGO for 26 years it was wonderful to find all of you
here at LUGNUT a couple of weeks ago.

(...) I have one of these--if I remember correctly it's from the Beta-I Command Base, set 6970 (1980-81?). Check (URL) and you'll see it in the command centre behind the left-hand spaceman. best Lindsay (25 years ago, 18-May-00, to lugnet.space)

(...) Welcome! Glad to have you around, and the part is the main computer screen from the Beta-1 Command Base, I believe. That was my main viewscreen in most of my childhood space cruisers. Check the set browser on the main LUGNET page and go to (...) (25 years ago, 18-May-00, to lugnet.space)
