The emergency power transport provides a convenient and portable power
source whenever the need arises. Darth Vader has his own personal transport
escorted by a couple of troopers to bring him around the various sectors of
the Death Star. Similar transports are also used to ferry the high-ranking
Imperial officers about their command posts.
