Having only recently arrived in this sector after a rather extended journey
from the far reaches of space, Lt. Achilles regrets his late entry into the
hoverbike league, but hopes that his indomitable enthusiasm more than makes
up for his tardiness.

Based on the Viper of legend, the Asp is a sleek and zippy little hoverbike
best suited to tight twisty circuits and blasting Cylons into shiny dust.

Fleebnorks have been well known to the Colonials as an energy source for
some time. In fact, without them their journey through some of the more
barren regions of the galaxy could have ended in tragedy. However, after
living for six months on a steady diet of fleebnork burgers, fleebnork soup,
roast fleebnork and fleebnork souffle, Lt. Achilles has aquired something of
a dislike for the little critters, and imagines every race victory as one in
the beady, multifaceted eye for them, making him a formidable, if somewhat
'driven' opponent.

Hey Allister, Very neat. Brings back a lot of memories. Too bad the producers of the show didn't have your bike design back in the 80's when Battle Star got to earth and they had those jet powered motocycles.... cool when you're 7, uber cheese now. (...) (21 years ago, 11-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Oh that is sooooo cool. You've perfectly captured the Viper in Hoverbike form. Great job. Jason (...) (21 years ago, 12-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)

Man! Like that's not a tonne of fun! Well done Allister...the shape of it is beautiful...just like Apollo and Starbuck's old jallopies. I agree that this would be an awesome addition to your desk in brick. Now, how' bout that Cyclon bike?;) Cheers, (...) (21 years ago, 13-Feb-03, to lugnet.space)
