No the bushings keep the lever holder thingy on the bottom from sliding up
and down and keeps the joint snug.

Wheels do spin! I used a half technic pin with stud to attach the small
radar dish to the wheel on one side. The other side isn't connected to the
wheel.

Green???? Whaaaa??? It's blue, I thought the pics made them look blue too.
Or are you refering to the trans-green cylinders on the rear?
