Thank you, Joe, for being nice enough to show me some pictures of the
convention. Who knew that The Rocketeer would show up there? That sure was
a great Disney film and it would have made a good animated series, too.
I had asked my message since I was in Gainesville, GA at the time because my
parents were on vacation and visiting my Uncle Chuck (and no, I am not a
blue hedgehog...though he has an Uncle Chuck, too) and Aunt Carole. I would
have liked to have gone myself but the Georgia backroads themselves are a
nightmare to my parents. Also, my stepfather would not let me have the $35
to go but I went go-karting so it was worth some fun, at least I did not
wreck. :)
All the photographs are from stuff I actually like, too. Sam Raimi,
brilliant director, what can I say? Thank you once again for being nice
enough to send me the pictures. Words can not describe how happy I am that
someone actually knew what I was talking about on LUGNET. Were I in your
position, I would do the same thing and maybe one day, I can go to
Dragon*Con and show you some pictures, or perhaps ComicCon or AnimeCon? I
really need a job. Hello, Wal-Mart, please employ me already!
