You know, that's a bit of a tough question, but I would have to say that
the official color would be blue, since it's present in more sets than its
black counterpart, and is only present in that series.
So yeah, I think it''s blue.
But it really doesn't matter, since blue or black looks good in an ice
planet themes MOC, so use it to your discretion.
