Some other updates:
-Reorganized the Capital Ship and Microfig sections. The ships are now
sorted by builders.
-Updated links to english language pages on Japanese sites
-Removed modified scrollbars (only IE users would have noticed these)
-Added dates to Building Tip entries
-New logo :-) (I'm going to experiment with this for a while so the logo
might change periodically)
-Changed the link to Zac Soden's site
