This is the personal hover device for Roman Arcane built by his son Duel.
It is powered by a revolutionary dual obsidian shard arrangement.
Lift is achieved from one shard by Levitation and the other shard
controls speed and left right. Very simplistic design and easy to use.
Full production for the general population of Athas is not expected for it
is
to be used by citizens over the age of 1100 who cannot levitate anymore.
