  Q about 6959 Lunar Launch Site (1994) - and other Spyrius sets.
 
I just got one of these. I'm not sure if one of the minifigs has the correct head. It is this guy: (URL) he have a head-band? The same chap is in each of these sets: (URL) A (25 years ago, 14-Jan-00, to lugnet.space, lugnet.general)

Scott ( Always the superior first name! :) ) (...) the top of his head. Reason, I have no clue. I am guessing, perhaps, a mind control thing or something. Weird, needless to say.
