  Crystal Ranger Star Cruiser

The 100% trans (excluding the pilot) Crystal Ranger. During daytime landings, this vehicle bedazzles the eyes with a glittery gem-like reflectance. Lasers tend to pass through the hull without causing much damage. :o) Though a well-placed shot from (...) (18 years ago, 21-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, FTX) !

Re: Galaxy Explorer the Way it Should Have Been ;o)

(...) Playing with color can be fun. It is Futuron, not true Classic, but I do have a copy of the Stardefender 200 that I built in the Blacktron I color scheme. (...) Yes, now that I think of it, a single control, if it could move in three (...) (18 years ago, 17-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Riva space car

Here is a space car I made recently: (URL) Click on the pic = BS folder post-mod. This MOC was strongly inspired by (URL) Jerac's Auriga> Enjoy! JP. (18 years ago, 17-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, lugnet.build, FTX)

Re: Galaxy Explorer the Way it Should Have Been ;o)

(...) Thank you. And, yes, I too like the X-1! They are simply cool-looking. I've got a couple on my file cabinet, one I made in all white (I like playing with color too much). (...) I've often thought of this. I suppose one can imagine them using a (...) (18 years ago, 16-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Galaxy Explorer the Way it Should Have Been ;o)

(...) Great work. I love being reminded of the space sets that first got me into the theme, as some of the recent posts here have done. ...Still have a couple of X-1 Patrol Crafts myself, kicking around still assembled since days of old... But one (...) (18 years ago, 16-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Four New 6208 B-Wing Alternate Models

(...) Thanks! You're right, those guns can be kind of conspicuous. I tried to mount them like cannons are mounted on real fighters: internally, with only the end of the barrel, if anything, protruding from the body. (...) Thanks again. Here is yet (...)   Re: Galaxy Explorer the Way it Should Have Been ;o)

Whoa, hey that's great! I had some of those sets as a kid, and wow, look at all those trans green 1x2 plates! Nice! (18 years ago, 15-Feb-07, to lugnet.space)

Galaxy Explorer the Way it Should Have Been ;o)

Ever since I got my first Mobile Lab (6901) and Galaxy Explorer (497/928) as a child, I always wanted to build the Explorer in the Lab's colors. Finally, after--what?--more than a quarter-century, I've achieved that long-held dream. :o) This Galaxy (...) (18 years ago, 14-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, lugnet.announce.moc, lugnet.build, FTX)

  Re: Suxxorg

(...) Hah. I liked these when I first saw them but when Wolf pointed out their growth I really liked them. I love the copper excuse for their green tinge too. Thanks for the xeno-biology. Tim (18 years ago, 14-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Suxxorg

(...) Ley, These are really neat. I like the use of the trans-green frogs... Now I have something new to do with those things. And those goblets. Fun, fun. The sense of biology is enhanced by showing the critters in different stages of (...) (18 years ago, 14-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: Spaceship Surface Transport V2.0

(...) I like the changes. The extra axle, and the little changes around the wheels, looks better to me than V 1.0. (...) I think gray looks o.k., but next to all those classic space vehicles with black wheels, black might look better. (...) That (...) (18 years ago, 14-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

I'm not to fond of the critters themselves, but in context they look stunning! Great work! God Bless, Nathan (URL) (18 years ago, 13-Feb-07, to lugnet.space, FTX)

(...) Thanks much! And to all those who spotlighted & highlighted. You are kind, indeed. :o) I do like the gray wheels--does add to an other-worldly feel.
