| I too never met Travis in person. I only knew him from his posts here and talking to him in the chat rooms. He was a great guy and his Moc's were inspirational. I am really going to miss the 80's T.V. hover cars he did. Those were awesome. I think (...) (21 years ago, 25-Dec-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, FTX)

| (...) What an neat idea, Paul! In fact, we could put a selection of the best space/mecha mocs with it from other builders, in honor of Trav. ~Trev (21 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

| My dear friend Benjamin Graber wrote the following and I think it's a thought echoed in the thoughts of all of us who had any contact with Travis, be that through chatting, one of the festivals or just seeing his super work here on LUGNET. Thank you Travis for sharing that light with me. (...) (21 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.general, lugnet.space, FTX)
| | | | The Travis Kunce AirCars Contest
|
| In honor of Travis, I'm running another contest (I suppose it's about time I did anyway) The Travis Kunce AirCars Contest basically, build something in the spirit of Travis Aircars which are to be found here: (URL) I particularly like the 04 folder (...) | (...) Sounds like a possibility. Don't know if I can afford that many CD's though. I'd gladly sell them, maybe even with a small insert about Travis, at cost, which shouldn't be more than a couple bucks. (Mark, drop me an email. I'd love to work (...) For one, I'm planning on putting Travis' entire brickshelf folder on CD, just to have it as inspiration, (...) (21 years ago, 24-Dec-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)
