  Re: New MOC: Disc Racer

I love the fins and the overall shape is great. Excellent work Bram. Pat Bunn (22 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

Re: Report and Images from the Brickish Association display at LEGOLAND Windsor

(...) The Moonbase looks great! The landscaping you've built really adds to the "space" feel. The groupings of similarly built and colored modules looks perfect too. Keep it up! --Bram (22 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.space)

Report and Images from the Brickish Association display at LEGOLAND Windsor

The Brickish Association put on a display at LEGOLAND Windsor at the weekend, as part of the LEGO Club 'Meet the modelmakers/What will you make?' event. Read about it on our website at (URL) to .trains: see Mark Bellis' excellent 8mm:1ft 8-wide (...) (22 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.events, lugnet.loc.uk, lugnet.trains, lugnet.space) !

Re: Houston, Tranquillity Base here. The Eagle has landed.

(...) Note that the stickers with the red NASA "worm" logo are anachronistic. NASA didn't approve that logo for use until October 1975, and NEVER used it on ANY Apollo hardware. I'm surprised NASA even allowed TLC to use that logo in the set, (...) (22 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.space)

  Re: New MOC: II-Blade

(...) Well, if I had had more time, I would have reworked it to add strength. However, when 10:00 rolled around, I was more intent on finishing it than on worrying about structural integrity. In any case, that's the only structurally weak point on (...) (22 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Stinger

(...) So the Stinger's four arms must be even scarier! (...) It is a very cool-looking ship. I wonder how long I can resist the lure of the Duplo egg. Cheers, (URL) Sci-Fi LEGO> (22 years ago, 21-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: New MOC: II-Blade

(...) Dude, I agree. Wow. You should be ashamed of yourself, Bram. :) j/k Critisism? CRITISISM? Well, if you really want to eek one out... the front of the cockpit underneath the slope does look a little bare but you seem to of already noticed that (...) In lugnet.space, Allister McLaren wrote: <snip> (...) Nah, I think both the name and the form both make it much less innocent.   Re: 5 MOCs

Arr, nice to see that Spamcake is not dead. (...) Both are nice. Its great to see such wild color schemes on a MOC. The future speeder especially looks wild. Cool. (...) This is my favorite, too. All the weird angles and greeblies makes this one (...) (22 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  Re: MOC: Stinger

Allister, Great unique shape on this model. This would have been a good entry for that "useless parts" contest last year with the egg piece and every variant on a barrel piece. Bruce (22 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX)

  MOC: Stinger

Hi all. Some time ago, inspired by some outstanding creations seen here, I purchased some duplo eggs without a clear idea of what I would do with them. After a few weeks I pulled one out and started building with it without a clear idea of where I (...) (22 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, FTX) !

  Re: 12 x 886 Space Buggy

(...) In fact it was while looking at the extra pics on Brickshelf that I realized fully the extent to which you have gone to be accurate. You even modelled the interior/underside of the 2x2 grey slope! I can't wait to see this creation in person in (...) (22 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: New MOC: Top Cat

(...) Thanx Nathan! I tried to get the boxiness reduced by using the grey slopes, but I can see your point about the sensors - if that's what they are, I'm not sure ;-) The engines need some work, too, I think I will redo them in a week or two, when (...)   Re: 12 x 886 Space Buggy

(...) WOW! This would have been awesome enough as a sculpture, but to make a bunch of separate giant bricks! It boggles the mind. Nice Job Daniel Rubin (22 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.space, lugnet.org.ca.rtltoronto)

  Re: MOC PCS Shuttle

(...) thanks, I think I'll get to posting more soon, lawschool is pretty boring. I had the idea of landings on alien planets in mind when I did the cockpit that way, I'm glad the idea came across. I feel like looking down is an important thing when (...) (22 years ago, 20-Oct-03, to lugnet.space)
