That's the canonical abbreviation for "LEGO Shop
At HOme," a mail-order service that LEGO provides
in Canada and the US. They send out quarterly
catalogs (at least in the US), and offer sets and
parts packs that aren't available in retail stores.
They don't have a web page - you can't order from the
net, and they don't deliver outside of the US (or Canada,
if you call Canadian Shop At home (that's still up and running,
right?)). But you could talk a north-american lego fan into
ordering something for you. A Canadian RTLer ordered space parts
packs for me from Canadian Shop At Home that weren't available
in the US any more, which was such an honor to me (thanks, Gail).
You'd have to find a catalog to peruse, first. For a taste of
what they offer, you CAN go to www.lego.com and look
at the "products" / "service" selection.

Their US number is 1-800-4-LEGOLAND (at least that's
how I remember it).
Your best bet is to get a LEGO fan in the US to give or
trade you a catalog, and you work something out for him
or her to serve as an intermediary to place the order for
you, if there's something available from Shop At Home that
you want enough to make it worth the effort.
