I noticed that my Spybotics remote control has 3 LEDs in it, on being the
small visible red one for seeing that it is working, a large white one
with a flat end, and a large grey one in a normal LED casing. Also, the
spybot has 3 of the white ones aimed about 120 degrees apart around its
case, and also a grey one mounted on its right side facing straight up. I
used my IR sensitive webcam to look at these LEDs, and it appears that
they all transmit, with the grey ones being much brighter. What purpose
does this serve? I don't have a Windows machine to play with the lego
software on, so I'm not sure what all these things are capable of beyond
what NQC 2.5a1 provides.
