Hi All,
After some effort, I was able to track down the problem.
It seems that in the move to a new server that does case-insensitive
URLs for my site, I forgot to point my ftp program at the new server
and my ISP kept my old server running.
The net effect ended up with me happily ftping and verifying the
new zip file on the old server, and everyone else getting the old file
from the new server! DOH!
Anyways, this time, it really is fixed...but beware of your browser
picking up an old version out of its cache.

It really is fixed, if your browser or email client stilll complains, then
try CTRL-clicking to force a reload of the file...
Again, send along email if there is still a problem.
