All,

I was wondering if there is anyway to put the RCX into basically a stand-by
power saving mode and have it wake up when sent a command through the IR,
basically "Wake on IR". That would be real handy for my Lego Cam when I want
to turn on the RCX remotely and look through the cam and be able to move and
pan.

Thanks to Dave Baum for answering my power down question, that works great
and will be used in the same remote application if I cannot set to a standby
mode I would want to power the RCX down to save battery.

This group is great and so far the people have been very helpful, please
check out the webbrick application that Amnon Silverstien wrote to remotely
control the RCX, it can be found at http://www.best.com/~amnon/Homepage/Lego/

Have fun,
Chris
