NQC 1.3 is pretty minor...
inline functions can be used before they are defined.
I added abs() and sign() support. Technically they are not functions, but
are operators with a function syntax (like sizeof in C).
A couple new functions (Toggle() and SetWatch()) were added to rcx.nqh.
A few minor bugs were fixed. Both were so minor that nobody reported
either one.
I disabled the DTR/RTS check when CyberMaster mode is used. The upshot of
this is that nqc will now be able to work in CyberMaster mode on a Mac
even though the Mac technically doesn't have the appropriate hardware to
support it. This probably helps something like 3 people.
