problems to compile legOS under Win98

Hi
I hope you can and want help me.
I get the windows intruction from
http://arthurdent.dorm.duke.edu/legos/archives/windows/ for LegOS-0.2.2
but not winlegos.exe
I do all thinks in this instruction
but if i compile the LEGOS for the first time i have 2 erros.
