Make sure you've editted Makefile.common. The TOOLPREFIX and LEGOS_ROOT
lines should point to the appropriate directories on your system, as
described in the comments. Make sure that you put a trailing slash on the
LEGOS_ROOT directory. -- From "The Unofficial Guide to LEGO Mindstorms

Anyone have any ideas for my problem on the original post to this thread?
The usage error is generated in /dll-src/convert.c. It is looking for three
command line arguments, but only gets two, apparently.
