I have my Visual Studio set up so I can make programs, download programs,
and download firmware all from the 'tools' menu in VS (VC++).
So far, the only thing I'm not set up for is editing the 'makefile' file.
Under 'Tools>Customize...' select the 'Tools' tab and you can add new
functions to the menu.
If you Check 'Use Output Window', all the dos window stuff will show up in
VS (error messages and such)
You'll also need to fill in the file name (like [filename]) and program
location you want to download to. I have mine set to 'prompt for arguments'
so I can enter the program number I want to download to.
hope that helps,
Steve
