'make realclean' causes a rebuild of .depend in legOS/util/dll-src. This is
inconsistent with other places .depend files are used.
dependency building in the lib branch of the tree is not triggered, and
would use the old-style makedepend program, which would not be present.
I would also suggest that utilities built in sub-diretories of legOS/util be
mv-ed up a level rather than cp-ed, because there is need (that I am aware
of) to have 2 copies.
I will make patches to correct this, unless I am told that this was done by
design.
