Is the program running?

Does anyone know how to poll the RCX (with standard firmware 2.0) to find
out whether a program has terminated yet? If you can see the LCD, you can
see whether the little man is still moving, but can you check this from a
host computer? The description of RCX commands in Lego SDK 2.0 Beta doesn't
seem to include anything to do this. Is it possible?
